ADSE is an independent engineering and consultancy company focussing on the development and operation of products, systems and processes. ADSE was founded in 1996 and currently employs 70 people.

ADSE successfully applies its knowledge and experience in various areas. A large number of our people have a background in aerospace. In addition, ADSE is active in sectors such as rail transport, defence, energy, telecom, and mechatronics.

In all sectors mentioned above, complex products and systems are being developed and operated. The common denominator is the multi-disciplinary character of the systems, the large amount of stakeholders, and important aspects as safety, reliability and cost control.

ADSE applies its knowledge and experience to obtain the optimal result from product development. In addition, ADSE offers services to improve production, maintenance and operation processes.


Teams of ADSE consultants and engineers work in close co-operation with the customer and can count on the vast support from the ADSE home office. In addition to training and consultancy services, ADSE also contributes to the implementation and realisation.
