QQE-System update: Audit Plan implemented

In course of steady advancement of QQE-System we have implemented an audit plan function. Currently we are still testing this function, but it will be available for all of our customers with the beginning of march.

 

With this new function we can provide our customers a much better overview of the status of planned and conducted audits. Each audit will be displayed in the colour of its status:

 

• blue: audit planned, questionnaire not finished until now
• yellow: auditee is preparing the audit
• orange: audit started but not formally completed
• red: audit finished, auditee is answering to open findings
• green: audit completed, all findings closed

Additionally QQE-System supports the Quality Management in monitoring preparation of the audit on the part of the auditee. After finishing the questionnaire, QQE-System is automatically sending an e-mail to the auditee, in order to request him to prepare the audit. The auditee has to enter all relevant document references into QQE-System-Auditee. The preparation can be monitored by the auditor. The current status of preparation is diplayed in QQE-System-Auditor and the effectiveness of preparation of the auditee prior to the audit is visible for the Quality Management.
